The Design and Building Process

  • Establish a budget

    • Whether you are building a $600,000 home, or a $2,000,000 home, everyone has a budget. Establishing this early informs the entire process, which allows us to determine a site and design a home to fit your requirements.

  • Determine the site for your home

    • If you already have a home site, that's great. If not, we can help you find one that fits your needs. It doesn't need to be on one of our lots, we can build anywhere.

  • Design your home

    • Our Design/Build process guides you through the design of your new home, every step of the way, with a focus on both your wants & needs and your budget.
